Complete the Simply Authentic Rewards redemption order form and submit it to your sales consultant. Request for your redeemed products to be added to your next purchase order.
WHERE CAN I SEE MY SIMPLY AUTHENTIC REWARDS POINTS BALANCE?
Your Authentic Beauty Concept distributor will provide you with a quarterly statement of your points balance.
WHEN CAN I REDEEM MY SIMPLY AUTHENTIC REWARDS POINTS?
You can redeem your points within 3 weeks of receipt of your statement. Points are earned quarterly and expire at the end of the following quarter.
CAN I EARN SIMPLY AUTHENTIC REWARDS POINTS ON ANY ONE OF THE AUTHENTIC BEAUTY CONCEPT INTRODUCTORY OFFERS?
No, the value of all Authentic Beauty Concept Introductory Offers does not count towards the minimum qualifier product spend (by tier). Purchases above and beyond the Introductory Offers will count towards quarterly salon purchases.
CAN I EARN SIMPLY AUTHENTIC REWARDS POINTS ON IN-STORE PURCHASES?
Yes, if you are an approved Simply Authentic Rewards member and the transaction is placed on your distributor account, you will earn Simply Authentic Rewards Points on those purchases.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY REDEEMED SIMPLY AUTHENTIC REWARDS PRODUCTS?
All redemptions are fulfilled by your Authentic Beauty Concept distributor. Simply add your request to your next Authentic Beauty Concept order with your sales consultant.
IF I DO NOT USE ALL OF MY POINTS, CAN I KEEP THEM FOR LATER?
No. Simply Authentic Rewards Points must be redeemed before the end of the following quarter in which they were earned. Unused points will expire.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT MEET THE MINIMUM PURCHASE QUALIFIER PER QUARTER?
You are unable to earn Simply Authentic Rewards Points until you reach the minimum product spend in purchases in one quarter (excluding introductory offers). Please refer to the Rewards Benefits for the minimum product spend by tier.
I CARRY A FEW SKUS OF THE AUTHENTIC BEAUTY CONCEPT RANGE, BUT NOT THE FULL ASSORTMENT. DO I QUALIFY FOR THE SIMPLY AUTHENTIC REWARDS PROGRAM?
You must be an approved Simply Authentic Rewards member carrying and maintaining the full assortment as well as order a minimum of $1,450 (salon value) in Authentic Beauty Concept purchases per quarter to qualify to earn Simply Authentic Rewards Points.
WILL I BE NOTIFIED IF MY REWARD IS NOT AVAILABLE?
Your authorized Authentic Beauty Concept distributor will contact you if your selection is not available. You will then have the option of waiting until your selection is available (assuming it is out-of-stock, and will become available), or changing your order to select an alternate reward.
IF I ORDER A REWARD AND CHANGE MY MIND AFTER IT IS DELIVERED, CAN I RETURN IT?
You cannot return your reward once it has been delivered.
